Ingredients

  • 45 mlvodka
  • 25 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 15 mlsimple syrup
  • 1lemon twist

Method

  1. Fill coupe with ice and water; chill while you build.

    Dump just before straining.

  2. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaker.

  3. Fill shaker with ice; shake hard for 12 seconds until frosted.

  4. Dump ice water from coupe; double strain drink into glass.

  5. Express lemon twist over surface, then rest across rim.
